Each additional person above the first two is only $10.95/day. Weekly discount applies to any 7 consecutive days. Monthly discounts and multi-unit discounts also available on request. Daily maid service is not included, but is available at additional cost.

RESERVATIONS:

If made before March 30 for anytime between June 15-August 15, have a 3 day minimum. If you call after March 30, we can fill spaces for 3 days or less. Call as soon as possible, as most units fill up by mid-April.

DEPOSITS:

50% deposit required at the time of reservation to hold and confirm a condo. Balance of payment due 30 days before arrival. All units must be paid in full 30 days prior to arrival. You will receive a computer confirmation with map, receipt and list of fishing guides and visitor information numbers with your reservation. Prices above are for payment for cash, check or money order. Charge Cards (Visa and MC) are accepted and are subject to 3% processing fee. This is our way of giving you a choice and the lowest prices possible.

CANCELLATIONS:

Unlike nightly motels, condos are usually reserved for longer periods of time well in advance. It is much harder to fill cancellations on short notice.

Full refunds are given if cancellation requests are received 60 days or more prior to arrival, less 3% cancellation fee after 2 weeks of the initial booking. (If you cancel within 2 weeks of making your reservation, there is no fee. This gives you time to make sure of your travel plans). If less than 60 days prior to arrival, 50% refund given, less 3% fee, with the balance of refund given upon re-rental of condo. If you have any concerns about your travel plans, we always suggest travel insurance to cover deposits or payments in the unexpected event of loss or change of plans.
